Family: Tubiporidae
Scientific Name: Pachyclavularia violacea Common Misidentification: Often confused with Family Clavulariidae, Clavularia viridis species Clove or Glove Polyps Coral, which is incorrect... : )

There are a few different species of star polyps in the hobby. Briareum and Pachyclavularia are the two genera usually called star polyps in the hobby.
Zoanthus is a genus of zoanthid like Super Stooge said.
