Newbeeeeeee

I am wanting to start up a salt water tank and have not even the first clue as to know how to even start, could someone please help me. I am really confused on the Sump thingy...Any and all replies would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with BangkokMatt that is a good thread to start with. You may want to read this one as well, it tells how to set up a tank.

Unless money is no object, don't make the same mistake I made - buy used, join a local reef club and you'll have a world of inexpensive options open up to you.
