No more Thorite. Need opinions on HBA mortar repair

Thorite no longer makes products and they were sold to another company (BASF). To cement rocks the Thorite rapid overhead was always recommended. Now the manufacturer says rapid ovrhead was replaced by HBA repair mortar. There are 2 applications available HBA and HBA2. One is for cold weather and one is for warm weather applications. I am not sure which one to use.

Any help would be great!!! Thanks.
