Six line wrasse might be able to help you out.

Are they becoming a problem? My clear flat worms breed occasionally and can be seen as babies on the glass, but they usually disappear and then I can only find a few at a time. They've never caused any trouble, except for once causing me to worry that the babies were the bad flat worms (they weren't).

LOL, for some reason this mental image is cracking me up. How the heck are your trying to "squeeze" em, just your fingers? LOL

I agree with the previous comments, a six line or similar wrasse with help alot, as well as my clear ones not being a problem. I occasionally see a nice brownish variety show up when first starting a new system but the always die off quickly only to be replaced by the clear guys. And I never see more than a few at any given time in my tank so i don't worry bout those at all.

I'd just ignore them. They often go away on their own, and they're very likely not harmful.

In the 3 years I've had a marine tank up, the only time i hear of them being harmful or bad is the dreaded "red flatworms". Had a scare when I first started since my flatworms were kinda brownish/reddish, but they weren't the bad ones. Clear are about as harmeless as they come....and it's fun to watch em go after small pods.
