What happens when......

You live in an appartment and you create a small room to accomodate your tank and equipment.

The thing is, I'm moving from my parents house to a new appartment I just bought and I need to create a fake room for the tank.

If everything is not fake (using plaster), then part of the operation would be to make a big hole through the wall.

Does anyone have ideas of how to build this room, I mean, I'm not gonna build it, I'm gonna hire somebody to build it, but I need ideas of how it will look.

Also I want to know if everything can be restored someday(cover the hole and modifications). Since I will probably resell the appartment after 2 to 3 years when its value increases, and I want it to look like new.
