Aiptasia

How long can aiptasia last out of water or how long untill they die when submerged in fresh water?

Ive had a horrible infestation in my 30 gal soft coral tank. I removed several rocks last night and let them soak in ro/di water for 24 hours...everything on them seams to be dead...pods, tube worms, mysis and aiptasia. Im thinking its ok to put them in my live rock holding bucket to recycle...good idea? or should I wait a bit longer to make sure I dont set aiptasia loose on the rest of my live rock?

I have some other rocks and I dont want to destroy the bacteria on them but i need to get rid of the pests...
