Are you guys running your fuge lights 24/7 or opposite of your display?

I just switched mine to opposite to see if I get faster growth with the cheato.

Is there a con to running it 24/7?? I think the only bad thing to running it 24/7 would be the little critters that usually come out in the dark to do some clean up dont ever get to come out because its never dark.... does this make sense?
