Just been wondering this in my head for a while now, and decided to get some input. What seperates us (reefers, fish keepers, etc), from that crazy old lady with 20 cats you hear about on the news? I have 5 tanks running, my 125gal and 29gal established tanks, and my 55gal holding tank, 12gal holding/QT tank, and 25gal QT tank. When all is said and done, I probably will have over 30 fish and lots of corals.
Is it because we like to think we 'care' for our fish? Make every possible, like water changes and varied diets? As where the crazy hag leaves the cat poo rotting away on the floor and feeds them nasty scraps? I have junk every too, I usually have some type of fish stuff in my bathroom and ask guests to use the spare bathroom so they don't see the mess. Skimmer parts and plumbing pieces everywhere lol... Maybe it's just late and I need some more beer to quiet my thoughts more lol. ![]() |

Get some more beer anyway! The only thing that separates us from the old lady is that cats are much tougher.
