Plumbing a 240 GAL tank

I am looking at buying a 240 tank that is already drilled but not what I am use to, the holes are evenly spaces across the back anyone know how this would be plumb for overflows and returns?

THe picture did not work right but the holes start about 4 inches for the back corner and are about 18 inches (one about 2in drilled hole) apart across the back.

I take it there aren't any overflows? If that is the case, then I would think that some of the holes had bulkheads and propperly fitted pipes that were used as the overflows.

A pic would help determine if this is the case or not...
