Skimmer performance after adding reactors

I added two reactors last night -- PhosBan 150s, one with carbon and one with GFO, powered by a new minijet powerhead and plumbed with new 1/2" vinyl tubing.

Immediately after turning these on, my skimmer production went way down (it's a very stable Euro-Reef). I'm thinking that I'm seeing manufacturing oils or contaminants from either the reactors or the tubing, and I'm effectively "re-breaking-in" the skimmer. However, it's been over 24 hours and it's still bad.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Dan
