anybody know what this is?
I don't know what this is, it looks like a little anemone. It came on this barnacle when I got it. I've had it for about 9 months and it hasn't grown much. Anybody have any ideas?

Anemone would also be my guess. Have you tried to feed it?

It eats mysis and brine when I feed it. It's really pretty, I would love to know what type it is.

This little guy is only about a 1/2 inch. I does kind of look like a carpet anemone, but I don't think it is. I looked up fungia, but they have a stony skeleton and this guy doesn't. If it retracts you would hardly know it is there. I guess I'll have to wait until it gets bigger to find out what it is, and at the rate it is growing..... that could be a couple of years.
