Glass Dust problem....
Well, I have had the tank up for about a week now and have a dust, or what appears to be a hardened dust problem on the glass. It takes a razor blade to clean off the white "stuff" and I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with algae. Just wondering if there is a better way than to have to razor blade the entire tank, especially since I have 100 lbs of live rock in it now.
thanks for your thoughts... and No, the magnetic glass cleaner doesnt get anything cleaned off. |

Moosetache, are you talking about a buildup on the inside or on the outside of your tank?

ON the inside of the glass.....like the dust from the aragonite I put in there settled around the tank on the glass.....I thought it wasnt a big deal I could just rub it off with a rubber scraper or the magnetic algae scraper, but it definitely requires a razor blad to get it off.....
