Question how much feeding

okay, i have 3 fish, 2 damsels, and one small blue-greenish chromis. i have 3 different kinds of food, flakes, zooplankton, and rotifers(for my featherduster) and i used to feed my fish 2 times a day with the zooplankton and it made my ammonia skyrocket so im not feeding them that much now, but how much should i be feeding them?
