AEFW's Whats the life cycle on eggs? Worms gone but eggs here?!?!?

I dosed my tank for AEFW's and it seemd to do the job. Now I still see eggs clustered on some of my stonies.

How long before the eggs hatch and should I just redose the FW exit then?
Is there a way to stay ahead of them?
