Help ID this snail

Here are 3 pics of a snail I have. Anyone know what it is?

I don't know what it is but you would probably get better luck posting this in the invertebrate forum.

No it isn't. I have some and they are smaller and have white more pointed shells.

Looks like walkerbrody nailed it. They are predators as well as scavengers. See the little line going front to back down the middle of the underside of the foot? That's a "pocket" where the olive will stuff prey it catches to suffocate/anaesthetize it before it eats it. They're beautiful animals, but they hide in the sand most of the time. I don't know if it's truly poisonous, but the olive slime smells like pepper and will make your lips numb if you accidentally rub any of it on your lips while you're wiping your face...

Ok Pagojoe, I gotta ask... How EXACTLY do you know the
slime of this particular snail will make your lips numb?

Wellll, if you're snorkeling, and catching Olive snails, and your glove is covered with Olive snot, and you wipe your face as you get outta the water...you understand. I learned that fireworm bristles are still bristly when they are embedded in your gloves in the same way (the back side of the bristles will puncture your brow just like the front side will).

Egads Pagojoe! I will rememebr that... I'm planning a trip to Australia and will be snorkeling!
Don't plan to catch anything, but you never know, something might catch me! LOL!

Salinity 1.024-6; alkalinity 8.3-9.3 on KH scale; calcium 420; magnesium 1300, temp 78-80, nitrate .2. Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny,royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.
