Brass fittings pre-RO?

I am getting ready to move my RO unit inside the laundary room so I can run the waste water into the washing machine. The only fittings I could find were brass connectors. The water would flow through these and then on to the RO unit. My question is: is this going to cause copper to leach in to my filtered water? Are the brass fittings alright because any copper will be removed by the RO filter, or should I hold out for plastic parts?

You will be fine, just don't have brass or copper after the R/O.
