I have flown to Japan before, I think that you are paying $20 for the fish and the rest is for the plane fare!!!!!!! Gas is not cheap as you know.
But seriously, I would not pay so much for a fish.

Centropyge interruptus are stunning fish, but VERY spendy. If you get one, make sure it's from a reputable source and comes with a guarantee!

At $1600 it should be a 48 month warrantee at least, and include some maintenance allowances.
