I would move the SPS, but that's because I'm partial to anemones.

Cant move the SPS. Its about 8" wide and very attached to the 20+ lb piece of rock it, and the anenome, are on.

OK... I had this happen to me before.
You need to get the anemone to move. It won't kill the SPS (Acropora?) right away, but over time (several weeks) it will kill it slowly where the tentacles brush up against it. Try blasting the anemones foot with a strong powerhead. A lot of times you can tickle an anemone foot up using a fingernail or a credit card. Turn the light off over the anemone. Irritate it with an ice cube. The general idea is to make the anemone very uncomfortable (so it moves) without actually harming it.

I've also heard of the ice cube and powerhead working fairly well.

I would move it ASAP! Mine did kill!! I used a powerhead/ ice cube but that only sort of worked. I had to actually chisel the rock to get hime off.
Sorry to hear he is moving!
