how often do you feed?

just a curiosity how often does everyone feed their fish?

currently i have a clown and i feed once a day i tried twice a day but he just looked and didnt seem hungry. once a day 5-6 shrimp and he goes nuts for it

Once every other day

I try to feed everyday, but mostly miss a day or so here and there.

Most people tend to over feed.

Once a day, but very small amount......thinking about every other day

On a scuba dive in the Cayman Islands, I kept thinking.........Why is that Fish getting bigger.........Then it hit me

Current Tank Info: 7 years saltwater.. Setting up a 120 gal reef. Office BioCube 14...1 perc clown, 1 royal gramma, 1 six line wrasse, fire shrimp, cleaner shrimp, green stripe, brown shrooms, coco worm, purple leather, Misc CUC

i guess it depends....i feed every couple days maybe. the problem is finding a safe level for your specific aquarium. feed too much and you get algea..feed too little and your fish,coral whatever are not healthy. but you're doing right by testing.

sounds like you're right on target with the once a day 6-8 mysis shrimp should do it. Most fish will continue eating and look hungry even though they have already had way more than they would be able to in the wild..

I know that my fish will keep eating as long as Iam willing to drop it in there. Hay......I could be the only one to have a Clown fish that matches my 110lb German Shepherd....lol lol lol
