Experience with Hagen GLO Fixtures?

If you use a Hagen GLO Fixture on top of your tank what do you think about it?

I know that it does not have two seperate power cords, does that mean you have to turn on both daylights and actinics at the same time (ie. cannot turn on just actinics)?

And how do you feel about not having moonlights packed together? Do you have seperate moonlights or just not have it at all?
