Frag Coral dying i think

Frag coral was taken out of negleted tank. I have placed in mine but has continued to die it seems. It is lying almost flat with very little color. So should i remove it or leave it in hopes it will revive?
My water quality is as good as it gets.....

did it really stink out of the water (xenia)?

how far up the tank is it, and what lights are over it?
