48" Odyssea MH

Does anyone know how to get the cover off to change the blubs on this fixture...Just bought it used with no instructions and was wondering if anyone could help.......Also do you think this fixture will cook my coarls...I currently have 5 vho's on a 90 and now moving to this. will most likely break them in on a slow cycle but I am worried about tank temp since I don't use a chiller. I understand that this bulbs burn very hot and I have a canopy with the back completely open which will let some circulation in for sure since I have no fans on my tank now and it remains constant 78.....please advise
