T5 or Halide's for frag tank

I am looking at getting a 48x24x12 frag tank and love the color and light distrabution of T5's but was not sure if the growth would be well.

Really, I might go that route. I have 4 T5's on my 120gal with 2x250watt HGI's and I love the color from the gman auqablue's, the daylights are bright as k2-hocksticks. Just looks like you could tune your light better with T5's
