cutting mushrooms off lr

is there a certain way to cut mushrooms off rock and what should i do with them afterwards

Why do you want to cut them off ??

easyer to discard small piece than deal with byropsis

Nothing special about cutting. You can't glue because they get too slimy. When you cut them off, put them in a container full of rubble rock or crushedcoarl, let them attach to that then glue were you want.

Oh yeah don't forget to cover teh top of the container with a mesh like pantyhoes or bridal veil so that they can get fresh water to them and don't blow out.

You can cut them at the base with a razor. Alternatively you can cut out a small wedge of rock with a dremel.

I use a media bag, available in many sized and cut up for your specific use. I was never really able to find 'bridal veil'.
