Replacement reflectors for 4 bulb TEK fixutre???
I wanted to swap out the single reflector in my TEK light that I have on my 65 and use single reflectors instead.
I would imagine that I am loosing a good deal of light since the sides of the bulbs are only bouncing against each other and not back into the tank. Has any one tried this yet or does it even matter? |

I've been thinking about this as well. Have you gone as far as taking the Tek apart? It doesn't look like it would be very hard to do, but I don't know how the reflectors are secured, so this could be a problem.

No, not yet. But to be honest if I can find a thin enough set of relfectors, I tould not mind fastening them to the existing reflector.
I guess this will turn into a DIY project. Time to start surfing. |
