Aqua Medic Dosing Pump - backwards

Anyone have any issues with their Aqua Medic dosing pump moving in the wrong direction when it starts up?

Mine is doing that on a top-off system and I have to touch it for it to move in the correct direction.

Any advise on how to fix this?
