6 line wrasse
Generally, the info I've gathered about the 6 line wrasse is that he is very active and hardy but should be added last to the tank seeing as he will easily claim his territory and attack any newcomers. Does this apply for shrimp also. If someone added a 6 line wrasse to the tank and later added shrimp, will he attack the shrimp or only new fish?
thanks

I've not had a problem with mine. I've added a lawnmower blenny well after my 6-line and I haven't seen any conflict. I love my little 6-line. He's not picky about anything I feed him. He not only cleans the tank of flatworms, isopods and brittlestars. He eats mysis, brine and I've even noticed him stealing nori from my tangs.

I'll second that. I've added a Tangaroa Goby and two pistol shrimp to the tank after adding the six-line wrasse and have had no problems whatsoever. The wrasse was initially interested in the shrimp because they were small, but I just chased the wrasse away until the shrimp disappeared into the rock work (about 10 seconds). The wrasse has never bothered the goby or any other fish in the tank.
