MY chaeto IS TUNING MY SUMP RED AND GREEN

I have recently added chaeto algea to my 10g sump about month ago. i noticed after about 3 weeks i started to get red a green algea all over the glass and on the bottom of the sump. It almost looks like cyno algea. There is none in the show tank. Just in the sump. Is this normal. feedback would be great

Is this pest a film or does it show structure? Cyanobacteria often grows reasonably well in sumps because of the low flow. How is the Chaetomorpha doing?
