To be honest i watch that 1 clip more than my own tank, i keep trying to take my nitrates from 20 to 0, but never works, and i love corals more than fish, so kinda sucks for me... Tried everything. Literaly wasted over 1600$ on my 14 gallon, and cant get dam nitrates to 0.... Iv even paid for the maintance so they come and do it, they came for 8 weeks strait, once a week to do the changes and everything, never got to 0... Think im going to quit, i really cant afford anymore, and all i ever wanted was to see my clowns swim in some anome. And turns out, my clown fish never go down, id show u guys a clip but dont know how. They are always at the rim of water, but have been living for 8 months -.- ...

Wheee! That's just amazing; what a tank, unbelievable! Comments below the video say that the display is about 1,200g, part of a 3,700g system. I dream of owning something 1/10 of that size, I can't imagine the work that goes into building and maintaining this reef. It really is as though someone found the most beautiful patch of wild reef, removed it in one piece and brought it into their space virtually unchanged. Unreal.

why would you pay someone to come take care of you re tank? this hobby is a labor of love (well to me it is) gotta read and read some more, the answer is out there, i dont want to stray away from the topic,
bottom line good husbandry and a proper setup will eliminate you re you re problem.

btw, if you have an anemone in a 14 gallon tank you better get it out.

I've seen his video like 40 times. It's an awesome tank. I love the huge number of fish he has in there.

To get those dam nitrates to 0, because i thought i was doing something wrong and hoping a professional can do better, all i ever wanted was the anomie's... Why wont they go down from 20!!!!

start over with a 55g. I've ran a fluval 305 for a year and a half with 0 nitrates. with regular water changes and a little research you'll be fine

It doesn't have to be a 55, they're just pretty common. with more water volume, you have more room for error
