Soap in water
I just fill my 150g tank with RO/DI water and put white sock on the overflow outlet that still have some soap residue from the washer, my bad! Theres only almost not noticeable residue in the water, will carbon fix my problem or do I need to empty the tank?

Doesn't sound like too much of an issue, but that would depend on how much residue came off the sock. I would probably do a 10-15 percent water change just to be safe.

I would do a water change and watch what happens to the skimmer, and livestock.
