current 2 - 150w 14,000k, or current nova extreme 4x39 t5

I've been trying to upgrade my 46 bow front, and as always come up with something else. My next adventure is the lighting. The 46 bow front has a center brace, seen it cooked on other tanks, and so I will need the the hqi with two bulbs. 2 - 150w 14,000k. I've also been looking at the nova extreme 4x39 and its looking pretty good as well. My tank up till now has only sofites, and such, and I'm pretty sure that is where I'll stop as far as other than fish. Do you think that dual hqi is to much, and the t5's would be abetter choice all around?

yea for what your keeping i would go with the T5s mostly because of temperature reasons (wont need chiller) and if you go with T5s they prob. wont be hot enough to "cook" the center brace. i actually i too am waiting for my new nova extreme pro. all the reviews i have read seem to be really good. just waiting anxiously for the man in brown. so far the cheapest i have found is at that fish place.
