CO2 regulator not turning off.

I am looking to order new parts or even replace the Milwaukee regulator I have on my Calcium reactor. The issue with it is that when the controller reaches is disired PH and clicks to turn off, the CO2 just slows down, but doesn't turn off completely.

Is this just an issue with the needle valve? Is the regulator shot, or do Ijust have something out of adjustment?
