XM 250 watt DE 10k
I just bought a set of these bulbs and installed them and they appear very very green to me. I am switching from the pheonix 14k's and am wondering if I am just not used to them.
Does anyone have experience with these bulbs? Will they turn more whitish when they are through burning in?

I switched from XM10K SE to Phoenix. The phoenix is definitely bluer than the XM. I would never have called mine green though. More of a natural sunlight yellow. I use icecap ballast. I assume your XM bulbs were DE also? I'd give it 50 - 100 hours and see what happens.

I've used the 15K
I few months back, I picked up a new 15K XM to replace an old 14K Phoenix and I didn't like it at all. The old Phoenix was still much brighter than the XM. I read though that you should give a bulb 80-100 hours to really break them in so I decided to keep it and give it the benefit of the doubt. So after the break-in period, I still like the Phoenix better and am going back to them.
To your point, the Phoenix will be more blue than XM. It's 14K. Besides that, I think the CoralVue's are better 10K's. XM just doesn't impress for me.
