Question Feather Dusters

Help!!! I have these little what look like to me feather dusters. They are white and the tube is soft. They have taken over parts of my tank and I do not know where they came from.Does anyone know if these are a type of feather duster and if they are how can I get rid of them?

If they are mini feather dusters... it's a good sign.
