best hermit

whats the best hermit crab to get for a reef tank im placing my order now. blue legs, zebra's, red legs. im also gonna have turbo snails in my cleanup crew.

Scarlet hermits are my choice. They're long lived, less aggressive than most hermits, and pick through everything. They're also attractive to look at.

I'm with Agu, 100%. Scarlets are the way to go. I had a few blue legged when I started out and got rid of them.

I'm a big Scarlet fan, I've had many different kinds, and they seem about the best at going after leftovers, and leaving snails alone.. as long as you keep a few extra shells around....

My red legs are great, my blue legs are agressive but attractive, i havr a few gold ones from my lfs (jade on la) that are the best

scarlets are my choice. When blue legged get larger t hey are much more aggressive. Scarlets are nicer looking and more colorful.
