Water movement question for my 250

I am doing a 250 build, slowly. I am in the process of planning. I am on a tight budget. I am looking at flow right now. I would love to have Tunzes or Vortechs, but wont be able to hack 400 ea. After research, I see Rio Seio M2600 pumps put out 2600gph. How many of them will I need to keep sps in the display?
