Sundial T-5 HO 24 " Fixture. Strong enough for what I need?

Hello,

I am looking to change the hood on my Red Sea Max. The hood has two 55 watt compact florescent 50/50 bulbs.

I do not plan to keep anything but soft corals and the Rose Bubble tip anemone that is currently in the tank.

I would like to get another light fixture to help with the heat issues caused from the closed hood that I currently have.
I am looking into the 24" Current Sundial T-5 fixture that has 4- 24 watt bulbs with independent reflectors. (Here is the link to the fixture)

Do you think this will be as good as or better than what I currently have?

Thanks for your input.
