didn't you just post a thread asking the same question...?
My GSP's took a week (without touching or moving them) to come out fully. They like strong lighting and high flow.

place the stars right on the substrate--they like to grow along the surface of the substrate better then on the rockwork

I have the same type of GSPs. As others said, they can take a while to adjust and come out (several days, a week, or ten days). A higher flow area will encourage them to come out.
