Dual chamber calc reactor

Who uses a dual chamber calcium reactor? What brand do you use? Do you have to top off with kalk when using it?

I have heard that using a dual chamber reactor that it helps bring the PH up on the effluent. Any input would be great.

I just ordered a second chamber for my calcium reactor to help raise the pH of the effluent.
I also run all of my top off water through a kalk stirrer, mainly for pH control.
