I too think it's a majano anemone. It's bad because they proliferate in a reef and will burn your coral. They aren't so nice that this is a price worth paying. There are a lot of ways to kill them. IF you can, use a hypodermic needle to inject them in their center with very hot fresh water...you could also use white vinegar...There'll be other methods suggested here, I'd think.

Or inject with a kalkwasser solution.
