You can use that in a fuge. Are you intending to have a deep sand bed it? If so...make it at least 3.5 inches deep.

imcosmokrama That looks to be a sand, and sand is not good to use in a fuge because it can become anerobic. Due to the fine grain it would not allow sufficent flow thru it. Argonite would be a much better choice, but not a fine grain.
