Wavemakers
I'm at the plumbing stage of setting up a 120 gal reef tank and would like to avoid placing powerheads in the tank. I have a sea swirl and the reef tank has two built-in overflows with a return line located in each. Does anyone have experience with Oceans Motions Super Squirt or 4-way.
I plan to either purchase another sea swirl and place a sea swirl in each front corner and have them and the overflow returns all going at the same time. The other option that I'm considering is to purchase a Super Squirt and connect it to the 2 overflow returns along with nozzles placed in the front corners of the tank. The return water from the refugium would go through the sea swirl all the time and also alternate between the other 4 returns. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'd rather do it right the first time. thanks

Wavemakers can be usefull but need correct setup. You want a good steady flow throughout the total tank volume.Perhaps the WM plus some powerheads . Better to have more flow then less. Look here.GL.
