Will this Ballast work for supplement lights?

Hi, I found this laying around and was wondering if I can use this ballast to run 2 actinic lamps(as supplement). Low watt of course. However, Idk if they sell actinics for this type of ballast, Im not sure what the maximum total watt is, I do know that its posted on the ballast but which one am I suppose to go by? Im sorry, Im a noob. Can somebody please confirm that this will work and if so, with what type of actinic bulb? Links to bulbs would be much appreciated! Thank you so much in advance.
