not the exact one in my tank but pretty much what he looks like what is it?

i never seen him before he was hiding in one of my rocks and he seemed to be eating these little white dots that were on the rock...do you know what he is called?

No, there are many species of crabs like it.

Yes!
It might be fine for a while, just picking off the rocks, but as it gets bigger it will start picking at corals and harassing cleanup crew members.
