Do top offs with salt water. It will raise it slowly this way

Let it evaporate to the wanted level and then add freas batch at same level. Should only take a few days or so.

Your not raising a big amount, so that way will be your best choice, and you will get your level in less than a week... What other way will there be you can only get it salty-er by adding more salt, we are just saying to add it slow so there is no shock to your system.

I over fill my sump (above the top off switch level) with sw and let it evaporate back down to the top off level. I think that's what Lance is suggesting. You can do it a little at a time if you want a slower increase. With this method you can use the same sw that you use for water changes and not have to worry about mixing up a different salinty. To lower the salinty, I just take a cup or 2 of water out of the sump and let the top off adjust. Again, you can do it a little at a time.
