T5 or a CFL actinic for a sps aquarium

I have a 24" deep aquarium and wanted to know what will be good to complement two 14000k 250w MH My tank size is
48"(l)x24"(h)x20"(b) it is a sps and zoanthid aquarium

I mean is it a T5 or a CFL ( PLC) actinic?
