I'm not sure on the weight but it looks like you could use some more LR. I guess it just depends on what your stocking goals are. If your going to keep it stocked lightly then your probably ok.

I have a 29-gallon and comparing what I have to yours I'd say you have about 15 - 20 pounds in there.

I am sure others would say you can add 40 more pounds of rock in there.
Persoanlly I'd keep it the way it is.
Lots of purple. I like it!

That's a cool looking tank as is. It may not add much in terms of filtration, but it might be cool to get some nice branches of Tonga branch and position them coming out of that center piece. I'm thinking of getting a small tank to use as a species specific tank--maybe a jawfish or goby/shrimp or small angler or something cool. I just need to find out if my wife would kill me.

With such a small fish load this would be fine and perferred as you will only add more with new frags and flow has better chance of circulating around the rock.

If your fish load is large then additional LR would be very beneficial.

That tank is looking good Ronny.
You could build your reef higher with no problems--add a piece of live rock a week to be on the cautious side for curing.
If you are going to upgrade later then why not keep adding live rock to this tank so that is ready for the new tank.

Yes, I would leave it how it is you are going to get great flow around the whole tank.

I know one thing sand is not white like this since Diamond Gobie jumped out of tank. He was messy at first . But like you all said he settled down.

Small amounts is fine or some good LR from another source and you can cure your self pretty easy.

Take your time. You have a good thing going so have fun with aquascape. I use some pvc forming a cube and placed it in the center then i placed a good large display LR on it , this gives great spot for fish and lets water flow through.

If you want to clear off some of the corraline--get a pin cushion urchin--they love it and are not big enough to be bull dozers to everything else

Not shure what you mean by pvc cube . On bottom of tank on glass before puting sand in ?

Get some pvc elbows and pipes to creat an open box , just glue it together and yes on the glass bottom. Your LR should be on the bottom also for less chance of rockslides as substrate shifts which could knock over coral stressing them or killing them and the worse cracked glass causeing Total Sytem Failer.
