mega flow bulkheads
Tring to plumb my new tank that came with the mega flow drain kit. The bulkheads are suppose to have a 1" barb fitting on the end. But tubing won't fit on it. Has anyone had problems with this and what did you do?

Dip tubing in hot water, then slide on to barbed fitting.

REALLY hot water- and it takes effort even with that, but once it's secure, it's very watertight, at least on mine in the two months it's been going.

You probably want to slap on a plastic clamp just in case....
