MH lighting

I have a giesemann 150 mh light. Can I swap out the ballast to upgrade to a 250? Anyone know where I can buy a new ballast?

If its double ended, you also need a new socket. Possible a new reflector or pendant depending on whether you can fit and/or retro the larger 250 watt socket into the existing reflector.

Ballasts are cheap at ballastwise among other sites. The ARO electronics as Hello lights are very good and priced well.
