New phospan reactor effecting protein skimmer

hi all
i recently purchased a phosban reactor 150 and it seems to be working great. the only thing is that i noticed that my skimmer(aquac remora hob) is not skimming well. the bubbles are not making it up to the collection cup. is this normal?
thanks

It will phase out. A lot of skimmers, including aqua c, tend to go "flat" when something is new in the water-food, your hand, chemical, etc... it will bounce back to normal.
